Joshua's pumpkin pie

Have I mentioned how much I love this time of year? Pumpkins! Which includes as many pumpkin desserts as possible! So, I created a pumpkin homeschool unit study for Joshua; some of our favorite books about pumpkins, a few pumpkin worksheets, stickers, and a from-scratch-homemade-pumpkin-pie. It was so much fun and my boy loved learning about these delicious, hard on the outside, stringy in the inside, orange vegetables! How are you celebrating fall with your children?
