Ocean Science & family fun across the street

We've been going on several walks per day, which includes walking across the street for science class. Hands-on science has always been a homeschool favorite and you can't beat learning from The Creator, about the creation He's made! The past few weeks we've soaked up time on the shore of Tampa Bay, discovering horseshoe crabs (one day we counted twenty-two of these dinosaur looking creatures), sea slugs, fed pelicans by hand, daddy gave "shark fishing lessons", and we took Cora out on her first trip in the kayak.

"So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good." ~ Genesis 1:21

Nothing like a romantic shark fishing date with 5 kiddoes and smelly bate!
