Two new Advent Traditions

I love our family Advent traditions and decided to add a few new ones this year. First, we have quite the collection of Christmas books. Since Savannah was a baby (16-years-ago!) we've added books to this collection and every Christmas Eve we give the kids a new book, too. I wrapped up 24 of them and Joshua and I have used them as a count-down to Christmas!

We have so many favorites, but if you're looking for a couple to add to your list this year you have to get:

We also set out this basket for USPS, FedEx, and all the workers who bring packages to our door! They work so hard this time of year and it was extra special to get a glimpse of them walking away with snacks in their hands. A few even left thank-you-notes. It has been a simple way to give and spread Christmas cheer! A tradition to keep for sure.
